WorkSource is your front door to free employment and training services across Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston counties.

Whether you’re just starting your job search, need help navigating unemployment, or want to build new skills for your next opportunity, the WorkSource team is here to help you every step of the way.

Below you’ll find how to create your online accounts, connect to live support, explore workshops, and find your local office.

Create your WorkSourceWA.com account

Your WorkSourceWA.com account is your personal hub for finding jobs, building a resume, and connecting with employers. It’s free, easy to use, and available statewide.

  1. Create a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account.
    This is your login for many Washington state services.

  2. Use your SAW account to set up your free WorkSourceWA.com account.
    Once you’re in, you can build or upload your resume and start searching for jobs right away.

  3. Need help logging in or creating your account?
    Call your local WorkSource office or connect with a staff member by chat at WorkSourceWA.com.

With a WorkSourceWA.com account, you can:

  • Search thousands of local and statewide job openings

  • Create or upload your resume so employers can find you

  • Apply for jobs instantly with one click

  • Register for online classes and hiring events

  • Connect to live chat support

    (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.)

Connect to WorkSource classes and virtual events

WorkSource's online and in-person workshops help you sharpen your skills, build confidence, and connect with employers. These sessions are free and open to everyone.

  • Attend virtual workshops on topics like interviewing, resume writing, and marketing yourself

  • Learn new skills through courses like Strategies for Success or Workforce Fundamentals

  • Join online hiring events and meet employers who are actively recruiting

Explore specialized services and one-on-one support

Everyone’s journey looks different. WorkSource offers personalized support for jobseekers who need extra help navigating their next steps.

For adults (18 and over)

If you’re unemployed, recently laid off, a veteran, or simply need career guidance, WorkSource can help you:

  • Work one-on-one with a career coach
  • Access paid internships or training scholarships
  • Receive help with resumes, interviews, and job search strategies
  • Get referrals to community services and support programs

You may qualify if you’re facing challenges finding work, need retraining, or are changing careers.

For youth and young adults (ages 14–24)

If you’re just starting your career journey, WorkSource can help you gain experience, build skills, and overcome barriers to employment.

We can help with:

  • One-on-one career planning and coaching
  • Work readiness and resume support
  • Transportation, clothing, or tool assistance for work or training
  • Micro-credentials (like food handler cards or customer service training)
  • School or GED transition assistance

You may qualify if you’re in or out of school, low-income, or facing barriers such as homelessness, foster care, parenting, or disability.

WorkSource staff can help you:

  • Build or update your resume

  • Get connected to training, education, or community resources

  • Receive accommodations or translation services

Find support in your community

WorkSource partners with Timberland Regional Libraries (TRL) to help you stay connected.

At any of the 28 TRL locations, you can:

  • Use free Wi-Fi daily from 6 a.m. to midnight

  • Reserve computers for job searching

  • Print up to 100 pages per week for free

  • Access online tools to build your resume or learn new skills
