What the grant can support
Your request must align with at least one of the following focus areas:
- Capacity building (e.g., tools, equipment, systems, or services that help you operate more effectively)
- Sustainability (e.g., cost-saving improvements, efficiencies, or upgrades that strengthen long-term stability)
- Hiring employees
- Retaining employees
- Employee training and development
Your application must include a clear description of how you’ll use the funds and an itemized list of proposed expenses.
Who can apply
All small businesses are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to BIPOC-owned and BIPOC-led businesses.
Eligible businesses must:
- Be located in Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, or Thurston Counties
- Meet the definition of a small business (50 employees or fewer)
- Have a valid Washington State UBI number
- Have no conflict of interest with PacMtn (a conflict of interest will make the business ineligible)

- Washington State UBI number
- Itemized budget and funding request
